Information & services

Game progress and preferences

Your nickname, settings, scores, aircraft selection, purchase entitlements, and rewarded-ad progress are saved locally. We do not operate a Jets.io gameplay server that receives this profile. Device backups may also retain app data under your device and cloud settings. Please use a nickname rather than personal information.

Platform purchases

Where a game offers purchases through the App Store, Google Play, or another identified platform, that platform processes your payment. The game receives product and transaction information to provide purchased content, show prices, and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details from these platform purchases. The platform handles your account and payment records under its own policy.

Advertising services

Jets.io uses Google AdMob and its privacy messaging service. These services may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or app identifiers, ad impressions, interactions, crash information, and performance data to deliver ads, prevent fraud, and measure service performance. The information available depends on the game, platform restrictions, consent, and age-related protections. See Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob’s data disclosure.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to share. We use it to answer your request and resolve support, purchase, or privacy issues. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or unnecessary information about children.

Visiting this website

Delivering and protecting the website involves technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and server logs. This website does not add advertising cookies or a third-party analytics tracker. External services you choose to visit, including social networks and game websites, apply their own policies.

Why information is used and shared

We use information to provide the game and website, deliver purchased content, respond to support requests, protect our services, and meet legal obligations. We work with hosting, communications, store, and advertising providers for these purposes. We do not sell your local game profile.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing relies on providing a requested service, our legitimate interests in reliable and secure services, legal obligations, or consent where required. Providers must protect information as required by applicable law and their obligations to us. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Children & families

Jets.io does not ask for your real name, date of birth, email address, or an account registration. Because children may play and no age is collected, the game applies child-directed advertising protections to all players, requests ads rated for general audiences, and disables the publisher first-party advertising identifier.

Our games may have different intended audiences and age ratings. Please check each game’s store listing. We do not request personalized advertising for children. Games using child-directed advertising apply age-related restrictions and suitable ad-content settings; advertising may still involve limited technical processing for delivery, security, and fraud prevention.

We do not ask children to provide more personal information than a feature reasonably needs. Where parental consent is legally required for a feature, it must be obtained before that processing takes place. A store age rating is not parental consent. Parents and guardians should supervise purchases and use platform parental controls. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should not have been collected, contact us so we can investigate and delete information where required.

Your choices & rights

• You can play with free aircraft without buying a VIP aircraft or choosing a rewarded ad.
• Where privacy choices are required, use the game’s Settings or Privacy options entry. Labels may differ by game and language. Device privacy controls are also available in your operating system.
• To remove local progress, use your device’s app-data controls or delete the app. Restoring a device backup may restore local data. Deleting the app does not erase platform purchase records; eligible purchases can be restored through the store.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information; object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may need information to verify your request.

Retention, security & international processing

Local game data remains until you remove it or the app replaces it. We retain support correspondence and other information only as needed for its purpose, resolving disputes, security, and applicable legal obligations. Apple, Google, and other providers manage their own records under their policies and legal requirements.

Our studio is based in the United States, and service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, applicable safeguards must support those transfers. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.

Using our services

These terms cover Jets.io. Use them lawfully and respect the rights of others. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under your local law, a parent or guardian must review them with you and authorize your use and any purchases. Applicable platform terms and any game-specific terms also apply.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the game and its content. The studio and its licensors retain ownership of the software, artwork, music, names, and other content. Do not redistribute the game, bypass purchase checks, interfere with services, or exploit them, except where applicable law permits an activity.

Purchases & rewarded ads

Rewarded passes do not grant permanent ownership. The free 50-second practice flight is a preview of the selected VIP aircraft and its ability; it grants no permanent ownership and does not add recorded match progress. Rewarded ads appear only when the player chooses the VIP rewarded-ad option. There are no automatic ads on defeat, at match end or when returning to the hangar, and no results-screen XP ads or interstitial ads.

Ads depend on availability. The game explains when a temporary reward is used, including any effect of leaving a match early. Accepting tracking permission is not a condition of accessing purchased content. Free previews and trials grant only the access described in the offer.

Use the game’s Restore purchases option, where available, to recover eligible purchases on the same platform and store account. Consumable items may not be restorable after use. Purchases do not transfer between platforms unless the game explicitly supports this. Refund requests are handled through the applicable store and your statutory rights; refunded or revoked purchases may lose access.

Updates & availability

We may update gameplay, balance, content, and supported devices. Internet-dependent features can be unavailable during outages or when a provider cannot supply them. Any changes to paid content remain subject to applicable consumer rights. Keep your device and app up to date.

Your legal protections

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. External services have their own terms, and we do not control their content. Contact us first if you need help with a service or purchase problem.
